European Commission – EESC Conference : Safeguarding fundamental rights in the digital age
On February 11th 2022 the Director of the AI Regulation Chair Prof. Theodore Christakis will participate in a joint European Commission-EESC (European Economic and Social Committee) conference entitled “Safeguarding fundamental rights in the digital age”.
In the context of this conference, Professor Théodore Christakis will intervene in a great expert panel on Artificial Intelligence and the right to non-discrimination. This panel will be the opportunity to discuss the first results of the ongoing research project of the AI Regulation Chair on Facial Recognition deployments in Europe.
