Shadée Pinto, research engineer within the Chair will host a debate entitled “The future of AI: what regulation is needed, and what role should citizens play?” within the Université Inter-Âges du Dauphiné (UIAD) on 26 November 2026.
Following an overview of the current state and prospects of AI regulation and governance, participants will be invited to discuss three questions:
- What risks concern you most, as citizens and users, and
what do you expect from AI regulation? - What challenges do legislators face, and who should
be responsible for regulation? - What role should citizens play, and what responsibilities do businesses have?
The session will be held in French.
